Wanted something to sleep they did not have it but recommended something. Ryan and Dylan are very knowledgeable. Greta selection and prices.

Staff is amazing. LOVED LOVED LOVED it here until a few weeks ago. They changed their vape carts about a month ago to a hotter burning, not adjustable setting and colored lights. Now the pens last half as long and are harsh. If anyone reads these, please change carts asap or I may need to stop purchasing. *Update* Thanks for the rapid response! The blue lights were great! The latest ones I've purchased, as recently as Wednesday, display green and red. I'll mention it next time I come in was far as making it right. Your customer service is always stellar, thanks for keeping that up!

*original review in photo* It’s now been over a month, still haven’t received correspondence from anyone at this establishment after leaving my name and number to be contacted about replacing a display bag I was sold by accident. It would be nice to have follow through from the owner like originally promised

The flower is fire. Not going to deny that. Here is where I feel SOS could improve. 1. Stop rolling those tight pre rolls. I would rather get two smaller pre rolls that are evenly packed and burn right than the current situation. I currently have to pull so hard I think I’m gonna out pass only to watch the cherry burn and not my lungs. Make me cough! 2. Punchcard?! Why can’t rewards be attached to a phone number? And the discount is for glass pieces only!?. We come for the flower and whatever else we are buying. Just give us the discount on our purchase. 3. A magnifying glass couldn’t read that certificate of analysis. Honestly I tried. Look I know this all sounds harsh but I want to see SOS succeed. And I do think that the owners need to take a step back and reorg some things. I love the flower, now make me love the rest.
